Terms and conditions for the Easter competition on Instagram

1. The lottery starts on Sunday 12 April 2020 at 10.00 am and ends on Monday 13 April 2020 at 23.59 pm
2. The following conditions must be met in order to participate in the competition:
   1. Follow the instagram profile of OVB Holding AG (ovb_holding_ag) and OVB Vermögensberatung AG Germany (ovb_deutschland)
   2. Give the lottery post on both channels a like
   3. Post an Instagram story with a photo of a self-designed Easter egg with marking of the Instagram profiles of OVB Holding AG and OVB Vermögensberatung AGGermany
   4. Marking of 2 more persons under the two posts
3. Posting of several story elements with markers will be counted as a single participation. Participants whose story elements violate the Instagram guidelines, German law and/or copyright will be excluded from the competition without notice.
4. An Easter-Spring surprise package will be raffled
5. The profit in kind is not paid out in cash. The prize is excluded from exchange. The profit cannot be transferred to third parties.
6. The participation is possible within Europe. Participants must be over 18 years old at the time of the competition.
7. The winners will be determined after the end of the competition, after the selection of the most beautiful egg and will be announced in the Instagram stories on 14.04.2020 at at 2 pm. The winners will be informed via Instagram Direct message and must respond within 5 working days with details of their private data (address). If a winner does not respond within this period or if a winner cannot be informed by private message at all, the prize will be randomly raffled again among all participants.
8. By participating in the competition, the participant automatically accepts the conditions of participation.
9. The competition is not sponsored or endorsed by Instagram.
10. Legal action is excluded.
11. The organiser of the competition is: OVB Holding AG, Heumarkt 1, 50667 Köln in cooperation with OVB Vermögensberatung AG Deutschland, Heumarkt 1, 50667 Köln.
12. OVB Holding AG reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time. This applies in particular in the event of force majeure or if the competition cannot be carried out or continued for other (organisational, technical or legal) reasons. In such a case the participants are not entitled to any claims.
13. OVB Holding AG would like to point out that all personal data of the participant will not be passed on to third parties or made available to them for use without their consent. In the event of a win, the winner agrees to the publication of his/her name in the advertising media used by the organiser. This includes the announcement of the winner on the operator's social media platforms. All Instagram names of the participants will be recorded and stored for the purpose of determining the prize. All data will be deleted no later than 30 days after the end of the competition, but the comments on Instagram under the competition post and the stories will remain and continue to be publicly available on the Instagram profile. Address data will only be collected from the winners and will only be used to send the prize. Participants are entitled to statutory rights of information, modification and revocation.
14. Should one or more of the above clauses be or become void, ineffective or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining terms and conditions shall remain effective. A corresponding valid clause shall take their place. The same applies in the event of a loophole in the regulations.
