Harald Steirer completes the Supervisory Board of OVB Holding AG

Cologne, 17 March 2020. Harald Steirer is the new member of the OVB Holding AG Supervisory Board. The Local Court of Cologne appointed him as the new Supervisory Board member in place of Winfried Spies, who died on 21 August 2019.  

Steirer, who was born in 1961, currently works exclusively for Generali Holding, Prague, Czech Republic, as a management consultant and has been familiar with the markets in Central and Eastern Europe as well as Austria for many years. He comes from Vienna and has held a wide variety of management roles within the Generali Group. Most recently, he was Chief Operations Officer of Generali ACEER Holding, Prague.

Harald Steirer will stand for election by the OVB Holding AG shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of OVB Holding AG on 10 June 2020.
